Try to solve those problems by: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using &#8222;Generic AT Commands, AT&#8220; as modem\n<li>Using &#8222;Manual&#8220; as Server Type\n<li>Checking &#8222;Use static IP address&#8220;, while leaving the IP address empty <\/ul>\n<p> &#8222;Generic AT Commands, AT&#8220; works around fundamental errors in the init string.<br \/>\nThe &#8222;Manual&#8220; login seems to solve the kickout problem. Unfortunately, this leaves the user to enter name and password manually. After a successful login, just press the &#8222;Start PPP&#8220; button and the connection is established.<br \/>\nThe BeOS may have some difficulties with assigning dynamic IP addresses, so you should try to check the &#8222;static ip&#8220; box.
